ADDICTIONS
We are providers of Continuing Education Units for the initial certification and
the re-certification of Addiction Counselors approved by the National
Association of Alcoholism and Drug Abuse Counselors (NAADAC - Provider #000287)
and the Florida Certification Board (FCB - Provider #177A).
Professionals who reside outside of Florida please
note:
States, countries, and other organizations that are members of the International
Certification & Reciprocity Consortium/Alcohol & Other Drug Abuse, Inc. (IC&RC/AODA)
have mutual reciprocity and generally accept continuing education units from
providers that are approved by NAADAC and
FCB (this includes the Armed Forces
and other US governmental agencies). However, it is recommended that you check
with the licensing or certification board of your individual state or
governmental agency prior to taking courses.
MENTAL HEALTH
We are approved providers of Continuing Education Units for the initial
certification and the re-certification of mental health professionals by the
National Board for Certified Counselors (NBCC - Provider #6069). The
NBCC approval is accepted in 39 states for
several professional licenses. We recommend that you check with your state board
regarding the number of self-study ceus that are allowed and the acceptance of
CEUs from NBCC approved providers.
